29 CFR 1926.753(d)(2)(i): Materials being hoisted were not rigged to prevent unintentional displacement. On or about 09/02/2015 employees at the Hartford Hospital construction site were exposed to a displaced loads. An employee was injured by a steel I beam that unintentionally rolled over.
