UFP Parker, LLC., 1 Pennwest Way, Emlenton, Pa, 16373: Interior sheeting area: On or about September 3rd, 2015, and times prior thereto: Portable fire extinguishers including, but not limited to, multi-purpose fire extinguishers were made available for employee use in the work areas. A multi-purpose fire extinguisher (Model #10T HI SA80 ABC ; Serial# PS-74172) was not mounted properly, in that, it was standing upright on the floor near the Interior sheeting area of the facility.
