29 CFR 1926.502(d)(17): The attachment point of the body harness was not located in the center of the wearer's back near shoulder level, or above the wearer's head: On or about 9/2/2015 at 2398 Calistoga Court, Lot 15A, Suwanee, GA; two employees were observed performing felt laying operations on a 10/12 pitch roof exposed to fall hazards of 25' to the lower level from the peak and 19' to the lower level from the eves where the workers were improperly connected to the roof by the front of their full body harnesses and not the D rings in the back.
