The open sided floor was approximately 9'-0" feet from the open sided floor to the concrete surface below.   b.  the dock ramp located off the back Dock/Stock Room was not guarded by a standard railing or its equivalent.  The open sided floor was approximately 4'-3" feet from the open sided floor to the concrete surface below.
