29 CFR 1926.760(a)(1): Each employee engaged in a steel erection activity who is on a walking/working surface with an unprotected side or edge more than 15 feet (4.6 m) above a lower level was not protected from fall hazards by guardrail systems, safety net systems, personal fall arrest systems, positioning device systems, or fall restraint systems. a. 1620 Oak Tree Rd, Edison, NJ - Walgreen's Store #15238 Employees engaged in steel erection activities were not protected from falls. Employees welding joists to beams in preparation of installing metal decking were observed working at heights greater than 15 feet without the use of fall protection. Violation observed on or about September 8, 2015 The Trinity Welding and Iron Works, LLC was previously cited for a violation of this occupational safety and health standard or its equivalent standard 29 CFR 1926.760(a)(1), which was contained in OSHA inspection number 981602, citation number 1 ,item number 1, and was affirmed as a final order on August 18, 2014, with respect to a workplace located at 509 Eagle Street, Englewood, NJ 07631.
