29 CFR 1928.51(d): Every employee who operates an agricultural tractor was not informed of operating practices contained in Appendix A of this part and of any other practices dictated by the work environment. On the hill behind the tennis courts on the jobsite an employee who was not adequately trained in the operation of a Deere Model Z920R 48-inch mower (S/N 1TC920RAVDT010051) was seriously injured when the employee attempted to cut the grass on a hill with an approximate twenty-five (25) degree angle, resulting in the equipment rolling over several times. The employee was also using this equipment with the roll-over protection system in the stowed position.
