The documentation must specify each type of signaling (e.g. hand signals, radio signals, etc.) for which the signal person meets the requirements of paragraph (c) of this section.  The employer did not have documentation of signal person training on-site at the Water Street Parking Garage in Dayton when the signal person was signaling a crane operator of a RT 30 Ton Grove Hydraulic Crane performing lifts of a concrete bucket over to an area for a pour of a portion of a sidewalk on September 8, 2015.
