29 CFR 1926.501(b)(13): Each employee engaged in residential construction activities 6 feet (1.8 m) or more above lower levels were not protected by guardrail systems, safety net system, or personal fall arrest system. a) 32 Mary Lane, Robbinsville, NJ: On or about 9/9/2015, three employees of 10 Sky View LLC were installing asphalt paper and shingles on the steep sloped roof a new construction two story single family residence. The workers were not using fall protection and were exposed to fall hazards from 12 to over 20 feet from the roof's eave to the ground below.
