29 CFR 1926.501(b)(13): Each employee engaged in residential construction activities 6 feet (1.8 m) or more above lower levels were not protected by guardrail systems, safety net system, or personal fall arrest system. a) 100 Thomas Lane, Robbinsville, NJ: On or about 04/10/2018 , three employees of 10 Sky View LLC were installing asphalt paper and shingles on the steep sloped roof a new construction two story single family residence. The workers were not using fall protection and were exposed to fall hazards of over 20 feet from the roof's eave and rake edges to the ground below. 10 Sky View LLC was previously cited for a violation of this occupational safety and health standard or its equivalent standard, 29 CFR 1926.501(b)(13), which was contained in OSHA inspection number 1091343, citation number 01, item number 01 and was affirmed as a final order on 11/30/2015, with respect to a workplace located at 32 Mary Lane, Robbinsville, NJ.
