29 CFR 1910.22(b)(1): Aisles and passageways were not kept clear and in good repair, with no obstruction across or in aisles that could create a hazard. a) Worksite, Seat Tracks Department: Aisle floor surface was kept uneven causing transport cart to hit a bump and tip over while transporting racks. The racks fell off and injured employee; on or about 9/12/15. NOTE: Because abatement of this citation is already documented in the case file, the employer needs not submit certification or documentation of this violation as normally required by 29 CFR 1903.19.
