29 CFR 1910.22(a)(2): The floor of every workroom was not maintained in a clean and, so far as possible, a dry condition. a) At the worksite; Hyper Mach Area and HM2 (rear work zone) cutting fluid coolant was accumulated on the floor where metal cutting is performed, on or about 12/15/16. b) At the worksite; Gantry (B3 and G1) Area the cutting fluid coolant was accumulated on the floor where metal cutting is performed, on or about 12/15/16. c) At the worksite; Seat Track Area (1 and 2) the cutting fluid coolant was accumulated on the floor where metal cutting is performed, on or about 12/15/16. Note: The employer is required to submit abatement certification for this item in accordance with 29 CFR 1903.19.

29 CFR 1910.303(f)(2): Each service, feeder, and branch circuit, at its disconnecting means or overcurrent device, was not legibly marked to indicate its purpose, nor located and arranged so the purpose was evident: a) Worksite, electric panel (LPB-HC DPHB-39) - The circuit breaker used to control equipment, vents and lights had switches not labeled as to what they controlled; on or about 12/15/16. Note: The employer is required to submit abatement certification for this item in accordance with 29 CFR 1903.19.
