On or about September 5, 2015, an employee working in the garden center lost consciousness and was taken by emergency medical services to an area hospital and was admitted for dehydration.     The Home Depot was previously cited for a violation of this occupational safety and health standard or its equivalent standard 1904.4(a), which was contained in OSHA inspection number 843903, citation number 1, item number 1 and was affirmed as a final order on March 22, 2013, with respect to a workplace located at 92 Newbury Street, Danvers, MA 01923.
