29 CFR 1926.351(b)(3): Exposed metal parts of cable lugs used to connect or splice lengths of welding cable(s) one to another were not completely insulated: a) On or about September 14th, 2015, and times prior thereto, located at Nexcom Headquarters, 3280 Virginia Beach Blvd. Virginia Beach, VA 23452, employees were required to operate a Lincoln Commander 300 welder with unguarded and exposed welding conductor lugs at the point where the leads are connected to the welder. Abatement certification required within 10 days after abatement date. The certification shall include a statement that abatement is complete, date and method of abatement, and states employee(s) and their representatives were informed of this abatement.

Abatement certification required within 10 days after abatement date. The certification shall include a statement that abatement is complete, date and method of abatement, and states employee(s) and their representatives were informed of this abatement.
