Advanced Construction Solutions, LLC. was previously cited for a violation of this occupational safety and health standard or its equivalent standard 1926.1053(b)(1), which was contained in OSHA inspection number 993637, citation number 1, item number 3 and was affirmed as a final order on 04/02/2015, with respect to a workplace located at 875 Berkshire Blvd Wyomissing, PA 19610.     Abatement certification and documentation required within 10 days after abatement date.
