Condition noted on or about 09/12/15.    b- 2200 Gianna Drive, Glassboro NJ - South Side: Two company employees were exposed to fall hazards when working within elevated man lift baskets of articulated boom lifts without the use of a PFAS. 29 CFR 1926.454(a): The employer did not have each employee who performed work while on a scaffold trained by a person qualified in the subject matter to recognize the hazards associated with the type of scaffold being used and to understand the procedures to control or minimize those hazards.    a- 2200 Gianna Drive, Glassboro NJ - North Side: Two company employees were exposed to fall hazards when working within elevated man lift baskets of articulated boom lifts without the use of a PFAS.  These employees had not received scaffold hazard recognition training from the company at the time of the worksite inspection.  Condition noted on or about 09/12/15.    b- 2200 Gianna Drive, Glassboro NJ - South Side: Two company employees were exposed to fall hazards when working within elevated man lift baskets of articulated boom lifts without the use of a PFAS. This employee was not utilizing any fall protection at the time of the exposure.  Condition noted on or about 09/12/15.
