29 CFR 1926.501(b)(11): Each employee on a steep roof with unprotected sides and edges 6 feet (1.8 m) or more above lower levels was not protected from falling by guardrail systems with toeboards, safety net systems, or personal fall arrest systems: a- Building 1000, Barkley Boulevard, Evesham NJ: Employees, wearing full body harnesses without lanyards attached to them and anchor points, were exposed to fall hazards in excess of 40 feet to the ground surface below when performing roofing and other related activities from a steep roof with a pitch of approximately 7 on 12. Condition observed on or about 04/10/18. Geobest Construction, LLC. was previously cited a Repeat citation for a violation of this occupational safety and health standard or its equivalent standard 29 CFR 1926.501(b)(13), which was contained in OSHA inspection number 1092121, citation number 1, item number 3 and was affirmed as a final order on 03/28/16, with respect to a workplace located at 2200 Gianna Drive, Glassboro NJ. NOTE: IN ADDITION TO ABATEMENT CERTIFICATION, THE EMPLOYER IS REQUIRED TO SUBMIT ABATEMENT DOCUMENTATION FOR THIS ITEM, FAILURE TO COMPLY WILL RESULT IN AN ADDITIONAL PENALTY OF $1000.00 IN ACCORDANCE WITH 29 CFR 1903.19.
