29 CFR 1910.134(f)(2): Employee(s) using a tight-fitting facepiece respirator were not annually fit tested: a) At the facility, on or about 9/16/15: Employees who are required to wear a half-mask respirator when painting were not provided with an annual fit test to ensure that the respirator fit properly and provided adequate protection. Reynolds Manufacturing Inc. was previously cited for a violation of this occupational safety and health standard or its equivalent standard 29 CFR 1910.134(f)(1) which was contained in OSHA inspection number 965353, citation number 01, item number 001d and was affirmed as a final order on 6/02/14, with respect to a workplace located at 3298 State Route 352, Big Flats, NY 14814.
