29 CFR 1926.1431(e)(12): The weight of the platform and its rated capacity was not conspicuously posted on the platform with a plate or other permanent marking: Worksite located at 200 SE 4th St. Oklahoma City, OK 73129. On or about September 16, 2015 and at times prior thereto, the personnel platform that was used to hoist personnel did not have its weight and rated capacity posted on the platform using a data plate or label that was clearly legible . The employees working from the platform were exposed to a fall hazard of more than 6 feet.
