29 CFR 1926.300(b)(2): Moving part(s) of equipment exposed to contact by employees or which otherwise created a hazard, were not guarded:  a) 725 - 729 Edgar Road, Elizabeth, NJ: Employees were exposed to moving parts, specifically the belts, pulleys, and flywheel, of a Jenny air compressor utilized to power pneumatic nail guns.  Condition observed on or about September 17, 2015.

29 CFR 1926.501(b)(1): Each employee on a walking/working surface with an unprotected side or edge which was 6 feet (1.8 m) or more above a lower level was not protected from falling by the use of guardrail systems, safety net systems, or personal fall arrest systems.  a) 725 - 729 Edgar Road, Elizabeth, NJ: Employees were exposed to fall hazards when allowed to perform framing operations at a height of approximately 19' from the roof eave to the ground below with no fall protection in place.    Condition observed on or about September 17, 2015.

29 CFR 1926.1053(b)(1): Portable ladders were used for access to an upper landing surface and the ladder side rails did not extend at least 3 feet (.9 m) above the upper landing surface to which the ladder was used to gain access:     a) 725 - 729 Edgar Road, Elizabeth, NJ: Employees were allowed to use a ladder that did not extend 3 feet above the working surface to allow for safe access on and off the roof.     Condition observed on or about September 17, 2015.
