29 CFR 1910.24(h): Standard railings were not provided on the open sides of all exposed stairways and stair platforms.    a). Welding Department - On or about and times prior to September 16, 2015, the stairway leading to 2nd level of the building was not equipped with an intermediate on the left side ascending, thus exposing employees to a fall hazard of approximately 8.2 feet onto concrete flooring.    b). Assembly Department - On or about and times prior to September 16, 2015, the stairways attached to the mobile scaffolding units were not equipped with intermediate railing on the left and right sides ascending, thus exposing employees to a fall hazard of approximately 5.3 feet onto concrete flooring.
