(b) Basement CAT Rooms 512 & 513; The employer did not document and comply with RAGAGEP as ventilation remote controls were not located immediately outside of the machine room. (c) By-Products Machine Room; The employer did not document and comply with RAGAGEP as ventilation remote controls were not located immediately outside of the machine room. (d) First Floor CAT Rooms 1104 & 1142; The employer did not document and comply with RAGAGEP as a system was not in place to notify personnel when either the normal or the emergency mechanical ventilation system fails.
