First Floor Leading to Basement Level. a) Employer did not protect employees, performing work near and around floor opening, from falling approximately 8 feet through the floor opening. On or about 09/22/2015. The V & V Contracting Corp. was previously cited for a violation of this occupational safety and health standard or its equivalent standard 29 CFR 1926.501(b)(1), which was contained in OSHA inspection number 1017833, citation number 1, item number 1 and was affirmed as a final order on 08/24/2015, with respect to a workplace located at 246-248 West 121st Street, New York, NY 10027.
