29 CFR 1926.100(a): Employees working in areas where there was a possible danger of head injury from impact, or falling or flying objects, or from electrical shock and burns, were not protected by protective helmets: On or about September 21, 2015, at Lot 30, 820 Reserve Point Place, Suwanee, Georgia: An employee performing framing work was exposed to struck-by hazards from falling tools and wood of the employee working above him when he worked from the ground beneath the employee without using head protection.

29 CFR 1926.501(b)(13): Each employee(s) engaged in residential construction activities 6 feet (1.8 m) or more above lower levels were not protected by guardrail systems, safety net system, or personal fall arrest system, nor were employee(s) provided with an alternative fall protection measure under another provision of paragraph 1926.501 (b): On or about September 21, 2015, at Lot 30, 820 Reserve Point Place, Suwanee, Georgia: An employee performing framing work was exposed to a fall hazard of approximately 18.3-feet when he worked from the top plate of a house without using fall protection. Solid Rock Construction Group/Jamie Savage was previously cited for a violation of this occupational safety and health standard or its equivalent standard 1926.501(b)(13), which was contained in OSHA inspection number 629198, citation number 2, item number 1, and was affirmed as a final order on February 14, 2013, with respect to a workplace located at 3161 Fetterbush Court, Marietta, Georgia, 30066.
