This was most recently documented on or about January 18, 2022 at a residential construction jobsite located at 19038 Hackberry Dr., Gretna Nebraska. Employees were operating pneumatic nail guns while engaged in residential roofing activities without the use of eye protection.

This was most recently documented on or about January 18, 2022 at a residential construction jobsite located at 19038 Hackberry Dr., Gretna Nebraska. The exposed employees were working on the roof of the residential structure at heights over 6 feet and not utilizing any form of fall protection.
