On or about September 30, 2015: In the rear of the storage room area of the donation center at 4489 Highway 20 SE in Conyers, Georgia, employees were exposed to a smoke inhalation and fire hazard when the bolt lock on the emergency exit prevented employees from exiting the building in the event of an emergency.
