29 CFR 1910.157(c)(4): Portable fire extinguishers were not kept in their designated places at all times except during use. a) Goodwill Attended Donation Center (ADC) in Kennesaw, GA: On or about September 22, 2020, the employer exposed employees to fire hazards, in that the fire extinguisher was placed on the floor, next to a receptionist's desk instead of in a designated place while employees were unloading and processing donations.
