WAS PREVIOUSLY CITED FOR A VIOLATION OF THIS OCCUPATIONAL SAFETY AND HEALTH STANDARD 1926.102(a) , OR ITS EQUIVALENT, WHICH WAS CONTAINED IN OSHA INSPECTION NUMBER 647138, CITATION NUMBER 01, ITEM NUMBER 1b, ISSUED ON 03/14/2013 WHICH BECAME A FINAL ORDER ON 04/04/2013.
