Employees were exposed to fall hazards greater than 10 feet, while re-roofing a residential home, where no fall protection was used or provided. THE COMPANY, RESIDENTIAL EXTERIORS, INC., WAS PREVIOUSLY CITED FOR A VIOLATION OF THIS OCCUPATIONAL SAFETY AND HEALTH STANDARD OR ITS EQUIVALENT STANDARD 29 CFR 1926.501(b)(13), WHICH WAS CONTAINED IN OSHA INSPECTION NUMBER 558458, CITATION NUMBER 1, ITEM 1, ISSUED ON August 27, 2012 WITH A FINAL ORDER DATE OF SEPTEMBER 18, 2012.
