29 CFR 1910.304(f)(1)(iv): Overcurrent devices for circuits rated 600 volts, nominal, or less, were not readily accessible to each employee or authorized building management personnel.  Warehouse area; on or about 06 October 2015 and times prior thereto; the employer did not ensure that the electrical panels were readily accessible. Two instances were noted:      a. Panel board labeled DD had a barbeque grill stored in front of the panel.     b. Panel board labeled HA had a trash can and a floor buffer stored in front of the panel.  This condition exposed employees to an electrical shock hazard.   The Defense Commissary Agency was previously cited for a violation of this occupational safety and health standard 29 CFR 1910.304(f)(1)(iv), which was contained in OSHA inspection number 711498, citation number 2, item number 1 and was affirmed as a final order on 30 November 2012, with respect to a workplace located at the Ft Greely Defense Commissary Agency.

Warehouse area; on or about 06 October 2015 and times prior thereto; the employer did not ensure that the electrical panels were effectively closed. Electrical Panel labeled CC; had electrical tape in lieu of a breaker and/or appropriate blank cover on breaker 40. This condition exposed employees to an electrical shock, burn and thermal hazards.
