29 CFR 1910.215(a)(4): Work rest(s) on grinding machinery were not adjusted closely to the wheel with a maximum opening of one eighth inch.  Building 111, vehicle bay; on or about 07 October 2015 and times prior thereto; the work rest on a Craftsman 8 inch bench grinder, Model 351.211621, serial number 1023-W; was not properly adjusted to a maximum of one-eighth of an inch from the abrasive wheel to prevent the work from being jammed between the abrasive wheel and the work rest. The gap between the abrasive wheel and work rest measured approximately one-quarter of an inch. This condition exposed employees to a caught in hazard.
