29 CFR 1910.1025(h)(1): All surfaces were not maintained as free as practicable of accumulations of lead: a) Production/Soldering Area: The employer did not ensure that surfaces were maintained free of lead accumulations. A wipe sample from the soldering table was collected on October 13, 2015 revealing 5,878 micrograms of lead present. b) Production/Soldering Area: The employer did not ensure that surfaces were maintained free of lead accumulations. A wipe sample from the work table was collected on October 13, 2015 revealing 1,883 micrograms of lead present. c) Production/Soldering Area: The employer did not ensure that surfaces were maintained free of lead accumulations. A wipe sample from the lunch/break table was collected on October 13, 2015 revealing 3.55 micrograms of lead present. Georgia Gutters, Inc. was previously cited for a violation of this occupational safety and health standard or its equivalent standard 1910.1025(e)(1), which was contained in OSHA inspection number 997665, citation number 1, item number 2 and was affirmed as a final order on February 2, 2015, with respect to a workplace located at 1014 Sampler Way, Suite D, East Point, GA 30344.
