Notice 01 Item 001, 29 CFR 1910.305(b)(1) as required by 29 CFR 1960.8(b): The employer failed to ensure a receptacle outlet was properly covered. The employer was cited for a violation of the same standard on 07/01/2015, Inspection #1068228, 07/23/2015 of final order, and was abated by installing a cover.

29 CFR 1910.305(g)(1)(iv)(A): Flexible cords and/or cables were used as a substitute for the fixed wiring of a structure: DPW Plumbing: On or about 10/06/2015, an electrical power tap or power strip was being used in lieu of fixed wiring to provide electrical power to a refrigerator and a microwave. Notice 01 Item 011, 29 CFR 1910.305(g)(1)(iv) as required by 29 CFR 1960.8(b): The employer failed to ensure refrigerator and microwave were plugged directly into a wall outlet. The employer was cited for a violation of the same standard on 08/04/2011, Inspection #311095053, 08/25/2011 of final order, and was abated by installing fixed wiring.
