Analytical results indicated the presence of lead, as follows:    a) Lane 7 Table Top: 2604.0 ug/ft2  On or about November 12, 2015, wipe samples were taken from surfaces in the gun range and cash register area. Analytical results indicated the presence of lead, as follows:    a) Lane 7 Table Top: 357.69 ug/ft2   Surfaces were not maintained as free as practicable from accumulations of lead.
