29 CFR 1910.132(a): Protective equipment was not used when necessary whenever hazards capable of causing injury and impairment were encountered: (a) Facility, Rear: On or before October 12, 2015, employees were working unprotected and exposed to fall hazards of approximately 9 feet 10 inches to ground level while removing store fixtures and disassembling racking systems. A personal fall protection system was not used.
