29 CFR 1926.50(c): A person who has a valid certificate in first-aid training was not available at the worksite to render first-aid: (a) On October 15, 2015, no one at the worksite had a valid certificate in first aid training and the nearest medical facility was more than four minutes away. Employees used a circular saw to cut forms, and hammers to drive and remove nails from lumber on site.

29 CFR 1926.50(d)(2): The contents of the first-aid kit were not checked by the employer before being sent out on each job or at least weekly on each job to ensure that the expended items were replaced: (a) On October 15, 2015, contents of the first-aid kit were not checked by the employer on a weekly basis. Some contents of the LPEK first aid kit were expended, and the eye wash solution expired on February 2015.
