29 CFR 1910.305(b)(1)(i): Conductors entering cutout boxes, cabinets, or fittings were not protected from abrasion, and openings through which conductors enter were not effectively closed. (a) In the Plate and Tank Department, the Piranha P1001 (S/N: P4-266) ironworker had a conductor which was not protected from abrasion and not effectively closed leading to the controls on the right side of the machine exposing employees to electrical shock hazards.
