29 CFR 1926.20(b)(2): The employer did not initiate and maintain programs which provided for frequent and regular inspections of the job site, materials and equipment to be made by a competent person(s): (a) On or about October 14, 2015, On Top Roofing & Restoration, as the controlling employer, did not conduct frequent and regular inspections of the jobsite so as to ensure employees of By George Construction, LLC, a subcontractor, who were required to engage in roofing operations, were appropriately protected from exposure to fall hazards. Abatement Note: Abatement certification is required for this item (see enclosed "Certification of Corrective Action Worksheet").
