29 CFR 1926.501(b)(13): Each employee(s) engaged in residential construction activities 6 feet (1.8 m) or more above lower levels were not protected by guardrail systems, safety net system, or personal fall arrest system: (a) On or about April 18, 2018, On Top Roofing & Restoration, as a controlling employer, did not ensure that MG Roofing protected their employees from falls in excess of six feet, while they were in the process of installing roofing material to a residential building. (b) On or about April 18, 2018, an employee was exposed to injuries from falls from a roof in excess of six feet above the lower surface while accessing the roof during active roofing work.
