Employee exposure to excessive noise resulted in permanent hearing loss.

Employees working at MTD Consumer Group Inc. were exposed to acetone vapors from touch up spray painting operations that were being conducted. The employer failed to conduct previous monitoring for employee exposure to the hazard.
