Where employees walk and work, an electric oil pump was in an open aisle way in the path of employee travel. b) Press #5 Area: This violation was observed on or about October 15, 2015, where at least 20 employees were exposed to trip and fall hazards in the Press #5 area where an electric oil extraction pump was placed in the pathway to the entrance of the press.
