On or about October 15, 2015: Employees trimming plastic from the edges of molded parts are exposed to eye hazards from plastic pieces getting in their eyes.  The trimmer at Machine #1 did not have side shields attached to their glasses.

On September 30, 2015 in the production area, an employee felt something fly into her eye over her safety glasses while trimming plastic parts.
