29 CFR 1926.453(b)(2)(v): A body belt with lanyard attached to the boom or basket was not worn by employee(s) working from an aerial lift. At the construction site on the south side of the building, employees working from a JLG aerial lift were not tied off inside the basket and were exposed to a fall hazard of approximately 19 feet to the concrete below. The Binswanger Glass was previously cited for a violation of this occupational safety and health standard or its equivalent standard 29 CFR 1926.453(b)(2)(v) which was contained in OSHA inspection number 314280512, citation number 1, item number 1 and was affirmed as a final order on 09-29-2011 with a final abatement date of 09-29-2011, with respect to a workplace located at 6805 NE Loop 820, North Richland Hills, TX 76180.
