29 CFR 1926.1053(b)(4): Ladders were used for purposes other than the purpose for which they were designed: (a) 150 Pauline Drive York, PA - The employee was standing on the 4th step working from a 6 foot Ridgid fiberglass step ladder while the ladder was in the closed position and leaning up against an unfinished wall , thereby exposing the employee to injuries, on or about August 28, 2015. No abatement certification or documentation required.
