29 CFR 1926.501(b)(13): Each employee engaged in residential construction activities 6 feet (1.8 m) or more above lower levels was not protected by guardrail systems, safety net system, or personal fall arrest system unless another provision in paragraph (b) of this section provides for an alternative fall protection measure: a) Residential jobsite: On October 15, 2015 and at times prior thereto employees performed sheathing activities on a 6 in 12 pitched roof with a fall protection system in place. M.V. Construction, LLC was previously cited for a violation of this occupational safety which was contained in OSHA inspection number 891296, citation number 1, item number 2 and was affirmed as a final order on April 22, 2013, with respect to a workplace located at 4045 East Timber Saw Drive, Boise, ID 83702. Construction, LLC was previously cited for a violation of this occupational safety and health standard which was contained in OSHA inspection number 903047, citation number 1, item number 1 and was affirmed as a final order on June 10, 2013, with respect to a workplace located at Lot 4, Block 48, Meridian, ID 83642.
