Secure Construction Company, Inc., 713 Gordon Drive, Charleston WV: On or about 10/22/15, an employee exposed to a fall of approximately 17 feet was not provided training prior to requiring him to perform work on a residential roof. ABATEMENT CERTIFICATION IS REQUIRED.

Secure Construction Company, Inc., 713 Gordon Dr. Charleston, WV: On or about 10/23/15, employees working on a residential roof were not protected from falling 17.75' to the ground. Secure Construction Company, Inc., was previously cited for a violation of this occupational safety and health standard or its equivalent standard 29 CFR 1926.501(b)(10), which was contained in OSHA inspection number 977780, Citation 01, Item number 001 and was affirmed as a final order on 09/17/14, with respect to a workplace located at 128 Forest Drive, Ona, WV 25545. ABATEMENT DOCUMENTATION IS REQUIRED.
