29 CFR 1910.305(b)(1)(ii):  Unused openings in boxes, cabinets, or fittings were not effectively closed:  (a) Sawmill Area:  On or about October 21, 2015, and times prior, an electrical panel box on the end of the wall near the back of the edger had unused openings of 1 inch at the top, bottom, and on the left side of the panel that were not closed.

29 CFR 1910.303(f)(2): Each service, feeder, and branch circuit, at its disconnecting means or overcurrent device, was not legibly marked to indicate its purpose, nor located and arranged so the purpose was evident:    (a) Sawmill:  On or about October 21, 2015, and times prior, electrical power panel boxes in the mill and planer area were not marked or labeled to indicate their purpose and in some instances there were markings on the front of the panel boxes that were not legible due to sawdust buildup.
