29 CFR 1926.602(d): The employer shall ensure that each powered industrial truck operator is competent to operate a powered industrial truck safely. Note: The requirements applicable to construction work under this paragraph are identical to those set forth at '1910.178(l) of this chapter. A) a- V&P Altitude Corp., Jobsite: 455 Front St. Staten Island, NY - Training and Written Certification was not done for all employees operating Forklift Trucks. Training to include, but not limited to: -Truck safety related topics and workplace related topics; -Evaluation of the operator's performance in the workplace. Certification is to include, but not be limited to, the name of the operator, the date of the training or the evaluation, the name of the person providing the training or evaluation, etc. Condition noted on or about 10/8/2015.
