29 CFR 1910.133(b)(1): Protective eye devices did not comply with any of the ANSI consensus standard: (a) 100 GEA Drive, York Pennsylvania - An employee wore regular glasses with side shield on the work floor. The employer did not ensure that an employee potentially exposed to eye injuries where provided with safety glasses meeting the requirement ANSI Z87.1, on or about October 29, 2015. Abatement certification required within 10 days after abatement date. The certification shall include a statement that abatement is complete, date and method of abatement, and states employees and their representatives were informed of this abatement.
