29 CFR 1926.502(d)(16)(iii): Personal fall arrest systems, when stopping a fall, were not rigged such that an employee could not free fall more than 6 feet (1.8 m) nor contact any lower level: a)At the Florida Aquarium, the personal fall arrest system used by the employees included a lifeline/lanyard equipped with a deceleration device that was connected to their full-body harness. The use of the lifeline/lanyard with a deceleration device would have not prevented a fall to the next lower level as observed on or about 11/03/2016.
