29 CFR 1926.501(b)(1):     Each employee on a walking/working surface with an unprotected side or edge which was 6 feet (1.8 m) or more above a lower level was not protected from falling by the use of guardrail systems, safety net systems, or personal fall arrest systems:    a)  110 Route 10 West, On the Roof, Whippany, NJ.    Subcontractor's employee installing aluminum wall panels was exposed to falls of approximately 16 feet to the ground below as no methods of fall protection were in use.                        Violation observed on or about 10/31/2015.    b)  110 Route 10 West, On the Roof, Whippany, NJ.    Subcontractor's employees installing aluminum wall panels and General Contractor's employee placing cones and caution tape on the roof were exposed to falls of approximately 16 feet to the ground below as proper fall protection was not being used.                        Violation occurred on or about 11/02/2015.                        The Autobuilders General Contracting Services, Inc. was previously cited for a violation of this occupational safety and health standard or its equivalent standard 29 CFR 1926.501(b)(1) which was contained in OSHA inspection number 542943, citation number 1, item number 1 and was affirmed as a final order on January 10th 2013, with respect to a workplace located at 11130 Alpharetta Highway, Alpharetta, GA 30005.
